Walking into the hotel felt like coming home, thanks to Mr.Yasir (Front Office Supervisor). His warm demeanor and quick responses made us feel like valued guests every second of our stay, and his genuine smile were the first signs that we were in great hands. Divya and Phyo (Receptionists) were the perfect blend of friendliness and efficiency. Every interaction with them was a delight. Traveling in a new place can be overwhelming, but Hassan (Travel Desk) made it effortless. From arranging itineraries to offering valuable tips, he turned our exploration into a breeze. Ajay (Bell boy) was always sporting a bright smile, and made sure our luggage was handled with care and was always on hand to assist with room needs, while Rezwan (Parking boy) and Faizan (Security) made parking effortless. Every corner of this hotel radiates the dedication of its staff. Our apartment was huge and clean, all amenities were there, Wi-Fi was very good. Pool was very nice and relaxing. Location was excellent, easy to reach by car and also walking distance to Mall of the Emirates and Lulu. Overall, it was a perfect stay, thanks to the manager Mr. Kartik and his team, we will definitely stay here again.

It was a very relaxing stay, we enjoyed it thoroughly. Staff were top notch at reception, smooth check in and check out. Pool was super nice with great view. The apartment was spacious and cleaned. Worth the money, will definitely coming back.
