Divya and Phyo (Receptionists) were the perfect blend of friendliness and efficiency. Every interaction with them was a delight. Traveling in a new place can be overwhelming, but Hassan (Travel Desk) made it effortless. From arranging itineraries to offering valuable tips, he turned our exploration into a breeze. Ajay (Bell boy) was always sporting a bright smile, and made sure our luggage was handled with care and was always on hand to assist with room needs, while Rezwan (Parking boy) and Faizan (Security) made parking effortless. Location was excellent, easy to reach by car and also walking distance to Mall of the Emirates and Lulu. Overall, it was a perfect stay, thanks to the manager Mr. Kartik and his team, we will definitely stay here again.
